President and CEO
Mr. Tony Garces brings more than 35 years of experience in running organizations that achieve mission results. Since Mr. Garces founded General Infomatics, the company has grown to support more than 20 Federal and State agencies. Mr. Garces’s vision for General Infomatics is to help our clients solve key strategic issues, make more informed business decisions, and solve the toughest staffing requirements. He is committed to finding solutions and building strong, motivated teams focused on customer care.
Mr. Garces’ previous experience includes a distinguished 20-year U.S. Navy career. He holds a degree from Saint Leo University (BA, Business Administration) and an advanced degree from the University of Phoenix (MBA). Mr. Garces actively supports STEM youth events.
His passion for serving the military community has shaped GI’s commitment to hiring and retaining veterans and military spouses.
Vice President and COO
Mr. Patrick Xantus has accumulated over 25 years of experience in program management, systems development, and management consulting, spanning both government and private industry sectors. At present, Mr. Xantus is responsible for overseeing all business operations at GI. His expertise covers the full lifecycle support of core technologies and large-scale initiatives, such as knowledge management systems and data warehouses. Mr. Xantus is well-versed in a range of systems development methodologies, including structured analysis, information engineering, software systems methodology, and agile development approaches, ensuring the effective implementation of computer-based systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and has been published in the National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA) Technology Brief.
